Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Please note: Due to the nature of living products, plants are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Exchanges

  • We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
